Cancellation Policy for Food Tours

◆ All participants are required to give at least a 24 hour notice of a change or cancellation of your tour date.

◆ For any food tour or agave spirit tasting booked from December 15th to December 31st, guests will need to give at least a seven days in advance notice of a change or cancellation of tour date, if no notice is given the full ticket price will be charged.

◆ If no notice is given and 24 hours have passed it will be considered a "no show" or "no notice" and the full ticket price will be charged.

◆ Late arrivals are considered 'no show'

◆ You will need to email your request to change the tour date to: [email protected], and if there are available spots on the date you would like, a confirmation email will be emailed back.

◆ For any booking made through a third party, including but not limited to OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) such as Tripadvisor, Airbnb, etc. their cancellation policy will be applied.
