Rescheduling or Cancelling

◆ If you are rescheduling with less than 7 days in advance, we will do our best to assign you a Photographer. If we are unable to find a time and date where both you and the Photographer can meet, we will issue a full refund for your deposit .

◆ If you cancel 7 days in advance, no worries. We will issue a full refund for your deposit excluding any transaction or conversion fee.

◆ If you cancel past that time frame, 100% of the cost of the photo shoot will be charged to your credit card.

◆ If you are rescheduling with less than 7 days in advance, we will do our best to assign you a Photographer. If we are unable to find a time and date where both you and the Photographer can meet, we will issue a full refund for your deposit .

◆ For any Photo Shoot booked from December 15th to December 31st, guests will need to give at least 15 days in advance notice of a change or cancellation of photo shoot date, if no notice is given the full cost of the photo shoot will be charged to your credit card.
